As a Realtor in Florida, when it came time to sell my own property in Hendersonville NC, I searched the Realtor.com database for an agent to represent my home. My search criteria was activity, crisp HDR photos, and drone photography. Erika popped to the top of the list. After interviewing one other Realtor, I selected Erika. Erika is without question, The Hendersonville pro. Even though Erika was working with other clients, she made my wife and I feel as if we were her ONLY clients. Our calls/texts never went unanswered, and she was ALWAYS available to not only show our home to perspective buyers, but for any inspection required. As an absentee owner, this was crucial.
